We have a team of Sports Massage therapists to provide sports massage service to aid in a quicker recovery of tired and tight muscles. Sports Massage is a deeper form of massage and is generally used to relief tight muscles arising from repeated use while doing sports. We encourage athletes who trains very regularly to have regular sports massage (approximately once/fortnight) to keep their muscles at its optimum performance. The techniques that they apply included myofascial releases, deep tissue massage and active release of tight muscles.
Sports taping is used to prevent further aggravation of injuries in either their joints or muscles while participating in sports upon recovering from their injuries. Our Physiotherapists are very experienced in on-field sports coverage and sports injury management and have a knowledge of different types and form of sports taping like Kinesiotaping, Rigid Taping, Functional Fascial Taping, etc.
